Who is Daniel? As far as me, it all started one day with craving a nice sandwich made with hearth artisan bread like the one I once ate in France, and so the search began... ... Several years later after I researched, studied, practiced, talked to bakers, read almost every book about bread, turned my kitchen into a lab which drove my wife crazy, watched instructional professional videos from Culinary Institutes, tasted different bread in the U.S., Canada & Europe including the famous "Miche Poilane" in Paris, (ordered a loaf once from Poilane Bakery and had it shipped by Fedex from Paris to California and cost me $50 (36 Euros) and made my in laws shout out loud " FIFTY DOLLAR LOAF OF BREAD???!!" )... I was finally able to bake my own bread and make a sandwich just like the one I once had in Paris! Why buy a DVD? Well, now you don’t have to go that far, after spending hundreds of dollars on books and videos and several years of practice, talking to bakers and sampling bread from different countries, I managed to make bread that tastes just like that one I had in Paris. I also managed to put together a DVD that teaches in detail all you need to know about artisan bread making. You can make bread just like the one you see here.
